Dr. Zach brings a unique blend of athletic experience and academic expertise to Woodbury Family Chiropractic. A competitive hockey player throughout his childhood, he played junior level hockey in Canada before playing Division I at Niagara University. After navigating injuries, he transitioned his focus through mentorship with the team’s chiropractor, solidifying his passion for sports rehabilitation, movement assessment, and performance optimization.

He graduated with a Specialization in Sports Chiropractic, reflecting advanced coursework in sports performance, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and biomechanics. Dr. Zach believes everyone is an athlete in their own way and treats patients of all ages with a comprehensive and inclusive approach.

Dr. Zach’s goal is to help people move better, recover faster, and sustain an active, healthy lifestyle. He takes a personalized, evidence-based approach focused on long-term results, empowering patients to get out of pain, improve performance, and move with greater ease and confidence.
